When you request a quote or book a transfer, we collect the information needed to perform the service: your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, flight numbers, passenger count, and any special instructions such as child seat requirements. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.

We also collect limited technical data automatically, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide quotes, confirm and operate your transfers, track your flights so pickups adjust to real arrival times, communicate with you about your booking, and comply with legal obligations. We may send service-related messages such as booking confirmations and driver details; these are operational, not marketing.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the parties required to deliver the service: our chauffeurs and dispatch team, our payment processor, and flight-information providers, each limited to the data they need.

Data retention

Booking records are retained for as long as needed for accounting, insurance, and legal purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your data earlier where the law allows.

Cookies and analytics
